MSE News: BT to buy EE, but no change for customers yet
Comments

So I am with Sky now for landline and calls, (talk unlimited I think it's called) and broadband and the telly.
I am with EE for my mobile. I have a hand me down iphone on a £7 per month contract - I don't make many calls and use the net mainly on wifi.
I am pretty satisfied with all the above and I don't much fancy switching to O2 just to get a sky complete bundle. However if BT came up with a really good bundle including fibre I might just be tempted to jump ship. I took a chance renting my line from Sky to save a few quid per year but I'd feel more confident as a BT customer if my line was faulty.
The BT telly package is comparable to Sky and provided the box is simple to operate with live pause, record / record series etc buttons, I'd be off.
Come on BT - you will need to make me an offer that's really attractive - so make it sweet.0
