So will I jpgames...with all three of us having everything crossed and sending out good luck vibes hopefully it will do the trick for you!:D
wishicouldaffordit - I agree, it has given my confidence a bit of a hammering not getting in, but I so want to get in! I'm off to the dentist now (yikes!) but would you mind if I PM you one or two quick questions either later today (depends how much the drill hurts!) or tomorrow?
Isn't this web-site terrific the fact that you can chat to others in the same boat as you.0 -

Yay! I love Stephen Fry, the younger or older version! QI is a fave telly progamme. I'll need to print a pic of him and put it next to my computer.
Dentist here I come!

Hi all!
Just a quick word from someone who has worked for both AQA and texperts at some time or another. AQA is great in that you can log on any time HOWEVER, if you are using a computer that is part of a network (i.e. work, school, library) it will almost certainly not work. Check this out before you go through the killer application process!
The application process is very similar to the way you will be treated all along.. they expect you to grovel and be at beckon call. You are lucky to have them type attitude. Fortunately as it is remote working you can simply growl at the screen in private but if you are not the grovelling type (particularly during your regular reviews when you have to 'explain yourself') then think again as the frustration can be really high!!
Texperts are a much nicer bunch but they do it on a shift basis and you have to sign up on a weekly basis. This can be a pain and takes away the flexibility.
Anyhow if anyone wants any info or tips on either company feel free to message me!

hi Poodlecrazy
That is really helpful info...don't think I've seen anyone else posting who has worked for both firms. If I ever manage to get in, I may take you up on the offer for info.
I'm dead impressed!!0
