Well, I heard back this morning: I got in on my first attempt! :j
I sent my test back last Thursday and didn't hear until today so a long wait is not necessarily bad news.
I'm going to send my contract in at lunchtime. I'm so excited and can't wait to get started.
Thanks to everyone on this thread for alerting me to AQA. I hadn't heard of them before. This will be an ideal way for me to increase my income.0 -
Congrats, idream! Well done.
Hopefully I'll be able to call you a coworker soon...*removed by forumteam - please do not advertise in signatures*0 -
Sent my test to Amanda last Friday, got an email today with a contract.
Think I'll have to post it, though, as my scanner is dodgy!0 -
Hi people!
How long did you have to wait after the initial auto-response application email before you were contacted? Thank you.I know nothing0 -

Thanks! Okay I've waited long enough now (3 days). I've just sent another email application since I haven't heard any followup.
They obviously need to hire a recruitment administrator.I know nothing0 -

Anyone who did the texperts quiz get the question about how long it would take to fill 10 Olympic size swimming pools with Skittles if you ate 1 for every 2 you put in? I searched for the size of a Skittle but could not find it. I eventually decided as they gave a text space rather than simply a space for a number, that they must want some sort of witty intelligent response. Probably mucked it up as time started running out and rushed the answer. I suppose I can always try again if unsucessful anyway0

The question at the end of the texperts quiz is different for everyone. It's to see how you would handle an unanswerable question. I think a bit of wit would go down well in those circumstances.0
