What/where has copyright been actually broken? I mean in actual Law and not just in your mind?0 -
Public domain
Or would you rather earn OP a little money driving traffic to his blog?
ETA.
Blog displays NO copyright notice and gives the reader the option to share the content via twitter, Facebook and email or to print the article.0 -

This exactly - bloke's a d ick who clearly has nothing better to do.
Didn't request catalogue yet got an account? CBA looking but I'd put money on the fact that T&Cs of having an account cover them sending out a catalogue when a new season is launched.
Total non-story.0 -
I lost the will to live about 6 lines in. The bloke thinks he's clever and funny when he actually sounds like a tw@t.0

It's not public domain, it's a created literary work like any other.
I don't care if they earn any money or not. Nobody makes you follow a link.
Blog has a copyright at the bottom.
Using the share options doesn't reproduce the content, it just shares the link. In any case, providing such options only allows you to use those options; it doesn't mean you can do whatever you want with the content.0 -

FWIW, bloke went arsey with Next, Next employee decided to wind him up a bit. Personally I have little sympathy. You catch more flies with honey and all that.
I lost the will to live trying to read it all , but I didnt see where he/she had invoiced them for his time ( as he /she said )Vuja De - the feeling you'll be here later0 -
OP - I'm considering billing you for subjecting me to that steaming pile of horse excrement. It's not even funny.

Im sure if the blog owner will take time out of publishing links to his blog and complain if he has a problem with people sharing it's content.
Bit of a non issue really at present isn't it?0 -
I lost the will to live about 6 lines in.
I gave up when I clicked a link called "I charged Next for my time" which went to an article titled "I almost charged Next for my time"
I assume if I'd kept reading, it would have been further diluted until all he did was mutter to himself a bit and think "this could be a good clickbait article"0
