Hi Folks
Im pursuing Thomson for a 18 HR flight delay on 150908 from MILAS BODRUM TURKEY to EXETER UK booked on a First choice plane.
I've sent TUI copies of stamped passports proving my wife and I traveled from Milas, Plus Bank statement showing payment to local coop travel shop .
The arrival was due at 0255h but arrived at Exeter 2030h due to technical fly by wire problems after aborted take offs....nightmare!
TUI have replied to me twice - all I need is our boarding passes
errr thats difficult - Flight number - Im not an expert and am having no joy finding this one - and finally booking confirmation instead of boarding passes.
Coop have been really helpful but their format / records have altered and all genuinely deleted, so to sum up all I need is that booking confirmation from Coop deleted files...can anyone help please....much appreciated. Kenny

don't worry about hunting for flight number or boarding passes. As your flight was over 6 years ago the airline can safely ignore you or reject your claim and there is nothing you can do about it

The place you should have started is the sticky marked "read this before posting" it would give you everything you need to know about time limits and how to find flight numbers (which was DP517)

Unfortunately you are 6 months too late to commence court proceedings so need to just forget about it now

Kenny, Caz3121 has clearly given you the flight number but if you really think TUI are going to pay out when they don't have to, you are sadly mistaken, they are reluctant to pay even when the law says they must. You can of course continue the correspondence but once you get a real reply, as opposed to standard reply number 4, it will say 'sorry, you are out of time' and sorry but you are
