St Moritz 3 Night Stay Win - Thanks Tea Pea Dee!

My husband just booked flights into Frankfurt with BA using frequent flyer points so only £175 for the flights as Frankfurt had lots more availability for reward flights.
Then we've got a large estate hire car for £165 (including permission to take it out of country) for 8 days so the initial shock of £1500 travelling costs to take up the free holiday offer have been reduced quite considerably.
Now to plan some other hotels in Germany with the savings.0 -
Congratulations guys! Hope you all have a great time0

Yes staying a couple of days near Frankfurt with some friends. Then just looking for accomodation a bit closer to swiss border for 2nd April.
We've booked a room a couple of hours drive from the resort in Austria for the 6th so we can ski the Monday before we leave and then back up to Frankfurt.0 -
You have it all sussed. Nice one.
When I entered, I was looking to take my niece and nephew with us, but that can't happen now as they are otherwise engaged. Thought that would be a deal breaker making us ineligible but got confirmation from the organiser that we can still have the stay even just for 2 adults.
Hadn't seriously looked at travel as I didn't think i'd get to go. Now I better get my thinking cap on.0 -
We won this too but after looking at flights and transfer times it all seemed a bit much for 3 nights, so we've decided not to take it. I'm a bit gutted because since starting comping I've always wanted to win a ski trip, however we have just come back from a weeks skiing hol that cost less than it would cost for our flights/transfers etc so doesn't seem feasible.
Hope you all enjoy yourselves though I'm sure it will be fab!The best things in life are free - Janet and Luther:

WOW, how lovely, could you drive? It would make it much more affordable, even if you stayed somewhere cheap enroute? xComping addict since 2007 - still waiting for 'the big one' :j0
