Also remember to upload a photo of the cheque you receive as well as the accompanying covering letter. Always good for a grin.
Don't worry this will be my new hobby;).
They asked for 28 days to pay. The judge asked me if that was ok and I said yes (as I did not want to appear unreasonable!).
I will certainly post an image of the cheque when I receive it.
I might even write a letter to thank them.:eek:0

You could have offered a discount if they paid sooner :rotfl:

Had I lost I would have tried to find a way to pursue Savills though I am not sure negligence would fit the bill.
Another thought I had was to pursue the owners London Metric - not necessarily on a legal basis but to question them on Corporate Responsibility and Ethics. I don't have their shares though so but if anyone else does...
Negligence may take a little work to get through, however If i was in your shoes i would still try and pursue Savils for the stress and worry that this has caused, and demand that they remove the PPC from their car parks, and or dis mantle their equipment.
Im guessing here that parking eye are still operating on that car park just as they were before?
Im of the opinion that should a PPC lose a case then they should be prevented from operating at that site, and should they lose too many POPLA challenges then they should have their access to the DVLA database removedFrom the Plain Language Commission:

I still might write to Savills as you suggest.
I will also see if they put up a sign at the car park entrance, not hide a sign behind a tree and also put more signs up - the 3 points they lost on. If they don't, it would suggest to me that all they are doing is keeping the "trap" in place for others to fall into.0

Diarise the 28 days and send in the bailiffs if they are late. You will not be the first, and that will start costing them serious money!Je suis Charlie.0

            from a current ongoing thread
"Could it be something to do with the fact that Parking Eye had a turnover of £25.8 million and made a profit of £8 million last year"
With hindsight perhaps the judge should have been told that in the "car parking industry world " there is no such thing as mitigating circumstances ;-)
