Company didn't pay me!

Once I've booked a holiday and apparently one whole week before it I was sick and spent it at home. After the my holiday has finished I did not have work already and they also did not pay me for this time.So basically I've booked my holiday weeks earlier and apparently this week exactly before the beginning of my holiday I was whole week off about which I've informed my office.
Apparently?Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
I'm not native sorry for poor english skills. I've sent them e-mail but still got no response.0

You sent them an email saying what, exactly?
If you were off sick, did you actually tell the employer that you were no longer sick. because if you didn't, you can't just go off on holiday and forget all about it. If you don't tell them when you are fit, then you aren't fit - in which case you are "missing", with no explanation as to why you haven't phoned in sick, notified them you are fit, or whatever.
And honestly, what do you think they are thinking? You went off sick for a week, then went on holiday and never had any intention of returning to work. That's your version of the story. Is it surprising therefore that they might actually be looking for an explanation from you as to what on earth you are playing at?0 -
I've earned for it no matter what would I do they should pay it off, it's not so hard.0

I'd like you to explain me why, cause for now I'm expecting them to pay, people do mistakes, I can be wrong. Please.0

And if you are wrong then yes, you are wrong.
I appreciate that English is not your first language, but I did ask you a series of questions about the way in which you have acted and what you have said to them. Are you going to answer those questions? Because clearly "what you are expecting" doesn't appear to be happening; and it may be that they have been "expecting" something too - like an explanation??
As far as I can see here, the employer has not refused due payment, you are simply expecting something. But you don't think you owe them anything except a demand. Don't you see that by your own admission your conduct has been less that fair or honest. So what makes you think they are going to run around after you just because you want them to?0 -
So would you recommend me just going there to the office and talk face-to-face with some manager, explain and eventually get the delayed payment?0

I'd recommend you answer the questions you've been asked!Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0

Speaking face-to-face with your manager would be a good start as would reading through the company's staff handbook and your contract of employment.
At one of my previous employers, if you had a week off sick prior to a booked week on holiday, you would only get paid for the holiday week and not for the week off sick unless you provided a note from your GP.
This was introduced due to the number of employees who basically took the mick by having sick days at the begining/end of every holiday they took.Never Knowingly Understood.
