Carphone warehouse trade in????

Hello from a newbie! Having taken advantage of the recent CPW Nokia 6230 offer. I've recieved from them a padded envelope to send my 'trade in' back to them.

Couple of questions - what do you get for your trade in. I read somewhere that it was £20 but don't know if that's cash, vouchers or what?

What do you have to send to them. I've heard that phone, charger and instructions have to be sent? What if you don't have all of these, do you still get some cashback?

Also how long have I got to get the phone back to them

Any help would be gratefully recieved

Welcome. I sent them a phone a couple of months ago; a £20 cheque came shortly after a confirmation email

Thank you for sending your trade-in items to Carphone Warehouse Online.

This email confirms that our warehouse has received the items you sent to us for trade-in.

What happens now?
We will raise a cheque for the trade-in amount and send this to you by post. Please allow 28 working days for this to arrive.

You can find out the trade-in amount you will receive by looking on your original order confirmation email.

Mine was based on £10 for phone, £5 charger, £5 manual.

and I forgot to put the time; I think it was 14 days; it's written somewhere in the paperwork or maybe on the address label itself
