does a positive pregnancy test after time limit mean anything?

Thanks everyone for their thoughts.
I took another test this morning and no line appeared in the given time (though yet again a very faint line has come up after that time - couldn't help myself but look too see if same thing happened!) The test I took today wasn't as sensitive as yesterday's which was an early answer one so not sure if that could make a difference.
Am guessing I'm not pregnant unfortunately but will test again at weekend if period doesn't arrive.0 -
The same thing happened to me when testing after IVF. There was no line, I went back to bed desolate and 10 minutes later my then husband cam running up saying there was a line.
My DS is now 17
Fingers crossed for you

It's happened to me and at the time I wasn't pregnant, however it is very weird to happen twice as the next time I tested no line appeared at all (and in all the pregnancy tests I've ever had it was just a one time thing).
Fingers crossed for you though and keep us posted x0 -
It happened to me and I was pregnant, but I knew I was before I even took the test, but I produce high levels of HCG and I have always had symptoms very, very early.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
