Quizonaut win

Got my first win email today. A Mousemat from quizonaut. Went to arrange delivery etc and took me to a page wanting phone number to validate the win and also photo id needed uploading. Which was odd just for a mousepad. I took pic of Id on phone but now having issues as file has to be under 0.5mb? And saying my pic isn't.…
