Pretty pointless in my view as the nett result from the initial appeal will be rejection. And as this seems to be railway land, your PCN sails close to the wind in terms of Railway Byelaws, and the last thing that needs to be revealed, by reference or inference, is who the driver might have been.

You need to coax a rejection which gives you a POPLA code, then it's downwind from there, so just stick to the standard appeal.

A rant may get something off your chest, but it may well be replaced by a monkey on your back. This is a game of strategy, not nose-to-nose slugging.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

ok no worries, I've submitted the standard template as advised, I will keep you all up to date on how it all goes.
What do I do if they call me to discuss ?

Also what's the chances of them ever getting to the point of taking me to court ? after sending all the threatening letters.

Stop overthinking all this. Don't look for problems that in reality will not happen if you work with us in this.

There is no legitimate way for the PPC to get your 'phone number unless you have inadvertently given it to them in your appeal. If they have got your number and call you, do not speak to them.

As long as you follow the advice here it is extremely unlikely it will get to court. Again, following advice on here will beat the PPC in court anyway.

'What do I do if they call me to discuss ?' Umkomaas rightly tells you 'They Won't',

...besides which, olly, don't you go phoning them.
As you'll see on all these Parking Threads, ' Never ever phone, or speak with, a ppc.'

You still need to realise that you never received a fine so you haven't received a cancellation letter.

What you received was a fake unenforceable speculative invoice.
