Yes, and the company is Hermes NOT P2G !
Exactly, Thumbremote loves blaming companies so much that details like this get swept under the carpet as blaming a company for something (whether their fault or not) is apparently much more important.

    ???

I was replying to Feral Moon, who said "You can't blame the entire company due to the actions of a single courier. All Hermes couriers ..." I even quoted their post so it was obvious.

I made no mention of P2G.

As the thread is all about P2G and is entitled thus, both you and FM are guilty of going way off topic. I apologise for not realising this and just for a moment presuming that you were adding to the pertinent discussion.

I've had nothing but issues using My Hermes when booked via P2G - but I now book via Hermes directly, and have had a fantastic service from them, having sent dozens of parcels. It's P2G's integration / relationship with My Hermes which is the issue.
They're not simply a mere broker - they take your money then effectively subcontract your work to your preferred carrier. Therefore, if you have a problem with the order / delivery, hermes can't help you - and P2G are just a nightmare to get hold of.
