Flight delay information from 2011 not got docs

My family and I flew to Orlando Sanford in 2011 from Manchester and our flight was delayed by a day (got to boarding gate then no boarding). We were put up in a hotel at the airport for the night, but obviously lost a day of out holiday.
Problem is, I can't remember the flight details, and we no longer have any documentation relating to it. Is there a way I can access this information in order to progress with a claim?
Any information gratefully received
Many thanks

Have read his guide?
Please, please do not duplicate post and do not start your own unnecessary thread or the site will become unmanageable.
If it was a Virgin flight it should be on that dedicated thread. Please read Vaubans superb guide. To find it Google and then download 'vaubans guide'.0 -

Thanks for the reply, but I only posted again because I cannot find the original post, so assumed it had not been put up. Is there a way of tracking posts rather than trawling through them all? Other forums I post on send an email notification, but I've not had anything from MSE in that regard.
Thank you for reminding me I'm human0 -
