Dolly and Willowbee
I too suffer with RLS, as do a lot of us with Pernicious Anaemia/B12 deficiency, we attribute it to low iron and/or Magnesium, although blood test for Mag came back OK I obviously am not utilising it or something as I get lots of leg and foot cramps too.
Epsom salt footbaths (a couple of handfuls) with some nice bubbles or bath soak are good if taking baths is not convenient. Epsom salts are stupidly expensive from chemist, recently Home B*rgains were selling it at good price, Farm/Equestrian outlets sell it at better prices, as do A*azon. (Some say to add baking soda too)
I hope that it improves for you both soon:)The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
UUs
1 Holly go lightly bubble bar WBA nice warming scent
2 Cinders bath ballistic WBA lov the scent of this one
3 Six pence sugar scrub WBA I get through quite a few, works well.
4 Midnight massage bar WNBA lovely scent but full of shimmer so used it as a bath melt.
5 Ruth perfume oil sample WNBA added to pillow spray I made as the scent did not wow me and I hate the little applicator bottles they come in , I can never get the top off without breaking a nail.
6 special care modelling pack WNBA one of the strangest things I have used on my face. You mix it with water and apply the thick paste to your face and wait for it to set and then peel off. A bit gimmicky for me think I have one more.0 -

Sundaysgirl - I have always used shower gel to shave with, I just lather it straight on to my skin and I have never had any skin problems doing it that way.
Willowbee/Maddiemay - I don't have any underlying medical conditions that cause my RLS it is just tiredness with me. I had a health check about 6 months ago which checked blood for everything and they also did lots of other checks and I seem to be as fit as a very fit horse. I also give blood and there are never any iron problems. Hope some of your home remedies give you some relief.
I have a sort of UU/TA
Alpha H Liquid Gold - there was just a little bit of this left so I chucked it as I passionately hate it.
Also TA nSPA Hot Cloth Cleanser - this was very pleasant but it caused breakouts which I think was down to the Cocoa Butter in it.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
