Sorry this is a bit late but just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone regarding your advice on acne. I'm going to see if my gp will change my medication and also look at some of the more natural products you've all suggested such as body shop or holland and barrett. I don't tend to wear foundation only on special occasions or if I'm going out with a friend, for everyday use I wear 2true tea tree concealer from superdrug. And I'd unfortunately struggle to cut out dairy products as I have osteoporosis and arthritis and already have an ankle fusion at 24. My surgeon said that I need to be drinking at least one pint of milk everyday (I hate it so I try to get it through milk in hot drinks, yogurt and cheese). I was put on calcium tablets after my fusion nut they have stopped those now it has healed. It'd be interesting to see if the dairy is contributing.
I am a follower of Caroline Hirons, who writes a blog as beauty mouth (google will find her) this week she has put out 2 you tube vids with a dermatologist, the first one is an introduction, which is background stuff and this one is on acne, you may find it interesting

            OUTs from me.
 Toiletries:
59-60) Molton Brown Pink Pepperpod body wash and body lotion (100ml). WMBA.
 61) Yankee candle "Frosted Cinnamon". Very nice but I have lots of candles.
 62) Small hotel shampoo.
 63) Molton Brown 30ml Eucalyptus body wash. WNBA.
 64) Small hotel conditioner.
 65) Fat Face lip balm. Really liked but the top was impossible to get off (had to leave it off all the time). Got two more in the stash.
 Make-up:
 19-29) Eyeshadow samples.
That gives me balances of -56 and -29, more than halfway to my target and only the end of February 0 0
