    Morning!

Two more UUs last night, doing quite well at clearing down the face creams recently:

    18/38. Origins Plantscription Anti-Aging Power Serum 15ml
19/39. Origins Plantscription Powerful Lifting Cream 15ml

Both of these were freebies, and whilst they were nice enough I probably WNB in a hurry - the serum didn't feel like it did much, but the cream was nicer (though perhaps a little heavy for my skin at this age). I liked the smell, and a little went a very long way - these two lasted me a month and were both used nightly.

  • My UUs have also slowed up a bit towards the end of this month but I have two this week:

Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter 50ml: Love everything from S&G and WBA.
Montagne Jeunesse Go Nuts Mud Masque 15g: This was a gift from my sister; I can't decide if I love or loathe the scent but it has made my skin feel very soft and cleansed. WMBA.

I'd really like to try the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish that everyone seems to have as their HG but do any of you use it just as a cleanser rather than a make up remover? I don't wear make up and I am yet to hear of anyone who just uses it as a cleanser.

I've recently rediscovered S&G after sickening myself of it a bit last year, and I'm really enjoying the range again.

Advance apologies for the waffle... :o

I tend to use the C&P as a cleanser only - same with all hot cloth cleansers really, as I don't like the idea of using a cloth/flannel to remove my make-up. I tend to gym every evening, so my first cleanse is a wash-off cleanser there when I shower (which removes most of my make-up as I don't wear foundation, only blush/bronzer and powder, plus shadow and mascara on my eyes). I then use a HCC later in the evening as my second-cleanse, basically on a largely-already-clean face. As far as I was aware, it was intended as a cleanser anyway, rather than a make-up remover. I still use eye make-up remover to get off all the last traces. Give it a whirl, I'm sure you'll love it - I was a bit sceptical until I received a few small pumps to try for free recently, and now I'm converted - can't wait to use up my other HCCs so that I can repurchase!

maddiemay - thanks for the info re free delivery, I'm very tempted to purchase the IBST now...!

    I have a uu

Elemis Pro Collagen Eye Renewal 5ml - WNB, I'm sure this is pricey and my HG eye cream is Clinique All About Eyes.

Painted my nails last night in Tanya Burr Nail Polish in Penguin Chic, this is a lovely grey. I have a few Tanya Burr polishes and they wear really well on me.

I should have a few more uu before the end of the month, it's been a good month on that front.

    Hi ladies,

No more UUs for me however I did do a little shop at Wilkinsons the other day but was for "necessities" : cotton wool (we seem to eat this stuff in our house), kabuki brush (was reduced) and Batiste (Emma hates both the Umberto Gianini and Aussie ones we have - I'm not that keen on the Aussie one myself but love the UG one and have therefore adopted two cans from her).

I also received two lipstick caddies that I had ordered from Amazon ages ago and have put all my lipsticks/glosses in them. I am getting low on lip gloss though as all my beloved Smashbox ones are more or less used up. Have asked for one for Mother's Day.

Has anyone seen the Groupon offer for feelunique voucher? I have ordered one so that Emma can get me a Laura Geller lipgloss for Mother's Day. You pay £15.00 for a £25.00 voucher. I also had a promotional code so only paid £12.75 all in all. Feelunique also have promotional offers on at the mo - 20% off Elemis, Bare Minerals and Tigi and 10% off everything else. Seemed rude not to. If anyone wants to try the code PM me. x
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I did TA a Maybelline 24 hours stay concealer last night. Have had it open too long and have few others to go through anyway. Probably WNBA.

Have a Rimmel Wake up one currently in my make-up bag. Will paint my nails sometime today/tomorrow.

  • Two unexpected UUs this morning:

Aveeno Moisturising Cream 15ml: This was a freebie; I hate the smell of this but the it does make my skin very soft. WNB.

Sanctuary Gentle Polish Body Scrub 50ml: This is one of my favourite smelling products ever! WDBA!
