Sundaysgirl wrote: »Thanks VALM but though I love Philosophy I'm not at all tempted :A - in addition to the three birthday INs I have a full size plus a mini in an unopened gift set. As well as another 5 litres of various other lovely shower gels! Fairly certain this will see me through the rest of the year. I'm planning to save the Philosophy for a little while then intersperse it with my cheaper ones so that it feels like a treat.
It's a great price for the set, though I do baulk at spending almost £10 on a shower gel on a regular basis, regardless of size!
I know what you mean. I have two x full sized Philosophy shower gels (though both are sweet autumnal smelling), about four x Elemis Frangipani shower creams and some Soap & Glory shower gels so can't possibly justify buying anymore as these cover all varieties really. Such a shame though, at that price ....Very slow (as in non-existant) with UUs so far this month, but my shampoo bottle made a rather rude noise this morning so I suspect the next use of that will be the last
You'd be surprised though how much product is still left after that first phtt sound!Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I have a uu
Elemis Pro Radiance Cream Cleanser 150ml - WBA. This smells lovely and does the job, I would only every re-purchase on a very good deal though. I do have a couple of small tubes of this in the stash for now. I have replaced it with a tub of Emma Hardie Moringa Balm.
I also have two ins
Maybelline 7 Day Strong Nail Polish in Busy Blush and another in Purple Storm.
I did my nails in Busy Blush last night and they look lovely, I love these Maybelline polishes they apply really easily and last well.
Not that I'm trying to enable (again!!) but have you seen these offers at feelunique:
http://www.feelunique.com/p/Elemis-Radiance-Skincare-Essentials-for-Dull-Skin-Set
Whilst I'm trying not to succumb to this I am at risk of ordering an Elemis neck and bust cream and cleanser from BayBeauty (I think) to take advantage of the offer prices and lucky dip. Think I'll wait till the weekend and see if I get any birthday money so can justify the spend. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. VALM - the Elemis set looked good value but I am drowning in products here.
I have had a bit of a tidy up this afternoon after work, I have transferred a couple of travel size micellar waters into the bathroom to use up and a 3ml Lancome Eye cream which I will start using at night and use the current Elemis one in the morning.
I have TA two cleansing cloths which are a bit tatty and put several muslin cloths aside just for removing face masks as it makes such a mess of them.
I have TA an almost finished bottle of Dermalogica Overnight Clearing Gel - this has been open a long time and I am loathe to throw it as it is an expensive product, it makes my face feel tight and tacky though and it just won't finish so I am getting rid.
Also two Figs & Rouge Rambling Rose Balms - I have had these still sealed in the packaging but I opened one and it had waxed over and smells like linseed oil so I have binned them. All the balms I have had from this brand have done this so I won't ever buy one again.
I was slightly shocked to see my toothpaste stash - I must have 10 tubes in a basket in the bathroom. So no more buying that for a good while.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
I use coconut oil on my hair and love the smell and the results. I may try it for cleansing when I am about 96 as I may have used up my stash of cleansers by then. Where go you get your Apple Cider Vinegar from?
Purchased from local health food shop...you might get it from holland & Barrett too?
How do you use it on hair? Does it send it greasy? As my hair swings toward that direction although not a bad as it used to be.0
