  • So sorry to hear you have had to let Barney go to his rest LWW, sad for you that you've had all the trauma of having to deal with the situation but you really have done the best thing for him. He isn't in pain or suffering now and that's a blessing. Time passing will help you to come to terms with his loss, thinking of you, Lyn xxx.

    Chin up, Titus out.
  • So sorry to hear of your loss LWW, such sad news. Thinking of you.

Very cold here today, and we woke up to find our fuse box had tripped, and we had no heating or the appliances weren't working. We had to get an electrician out as we couldn't fix it ourselves. Luckily we are in rental house, so no cost to us thankfully:)

I didn't go out today as too cold, just have the ironing up to date, and have done a bit of washing. Baked a loaf of bread and we have had a lovely dinner tonight.

Just watching Call the Midwife and having a catch up.

Hugs to all and have a lovely evening.

((Hugs)) LWW. sorry to hear about Barney

I see Andy. Lost the .tennis, that's cos I couldn't watch it!

Arrived at Bordeaux fine, just had a meal. I had Le parmentier de canard, which was like a cottage pie but made with Duck, and Harricot Vert ( Green Beans), which was very tasty. Washed down with a glass of Rose. Then I spoilt myself with the Buffet de Desserts. :o

Tomorrow we head of South of Valencia, and will get to the house by lunchtime on Tuesday. Taking a little longer due to disliking travelling in the dark at this time of year.

((Hugs)), spoons and positive vibes all round, take care everyone..
