I've got loads of cheapy / free activities planned (weather-permitting) for this week with ds, but if it rains then its more tempting to head off to the shops  So far I have avoided going since xmas as there is nothing I need but I know once I get in the shops I am overcome by the bargain frenzy and find myself buying random things that I don't need at all

Ex mil sent me a cheque for £50 today towards ds swimming lessons ... he hasnt been swimming for months so I really must sort that one
Her money has been paying for his football lessons recently, but once he's settled back into school and gets used to doing full days  then I'll sign him up for swimming

I'm hoping to make a paper mache pot with mine for the sealed pot challenge

We've also had loads of games on the Wii - my arms are really hurting
Swimming lessons round here are like gold dust - waiting lists often close etc
