I've spent the last hour checking my accounts and I have £40 left to last this year, I will probably need to spend £15 on petrol so £25 left for the next 4 days. Tomorrow is payday so I'm just off to plan Januarys budget :D

I must get off the computer, i've just spent £3 on a fitness dvd (blame IA and her diary ;):D ) and then £170 on bedroom furniture    Well, this was planned with the money from mum and dad, but I was waiting till after xmas to see if any went down in the sales. I wanted a chest of drawers and a unit that they sell in argos / tesco direct and homebase, but none of them have put it in the sale, so I had to pay full-price  They will be delivered on 5th Jan so at least its before I go back to work so I can be in all day if necessary :D

My Next delivery man has just delivered a pair of boots for me and a jumper for ds. He bought me 3 pairs of trousers yesterday too and a dress and a cardigan. I know I said most of it will be going back but so far I've only decided to send one pair of trousers back :o:o:o

Quidco has already tracked 12p for the dvd I bought and £4.24 for the furniture

Right, I'm off on a mission again  Have decided to rearrange the kitchen cupboards and I also need to start sorting my bedroom out ready to get the new furniture in :D

  • Hi there BBaM,

Thanks for doing that:T , I have looked through your thread and seen it all add up but just wondered how much it totalled. Basically then, that's over half your annual budget for presents earned through this manner. Blimey.

I'll be honest, I'm looking at it like that because if I get my *** into gear, I think I would use that money for presents. My four children were all born between mid-August and late-November so I always find the latter part of the year tricky, not to mention Christmas a month after the last birthday. This way, I have eight months to build up a present fund.

Good work, BBaM, and thanks once more. :T
