I've finally got round to calling the tax credit people and updating them on my new income (not that they seemed interested, kept trying to end the call before I'd finished exxplaining everything  ), and then I came back on here all excited at being able to cross it off my list .... and then I find I'd forgotten to add it to my list in the first place

You put me to shame, I've guiltily sat and on the laptop doing nothing except having coffee.... Telling myself its allowed though as I finished my job yesterday and its been a little stessful lately so I'm having a lazy day :o

I'm off next week too then I start my new job so I will have a break then get motivated. Gotta get myself moving shortly as I've got to take my son to a hospital appointment.

Sorry I seem to be hijacking your thread alot these days. :o

But I do like reading up on your progress so keep it coming.:D Have a good time at the soft play.

Nothing wrong with having a lazy day Mae, they're my favourite kinds of day ;):D:D ... I am trying to wean myself off the internet a litle bit as I spend way too much time on here, but sometimes when you live alone (apart from ds) its nice to feel like there are other real people about iyswim!!

The main thing Benben is that the internet is not stopping you getting things done (not like me :o ) which is the main thing and it makes sense that living alone that you feel you need some adult company even if it is virtual.

I believe the key to everything is 'balance' and it sounds like you've got balance going on :D

Ark at me giving out the advice.... I need to listen to it!!!!

Well we had a great time at the softplay place, ds is normally really timid and isn't adventurous at all ... today he announced that now he's 4 he'll go on the big boys stuff and he managed to climb right to the top!! I was soooo proud because normally I have to persuade him to climb one step! However, just as he reaches the top a bigger kid decided to whack him round the face !!!   He then began kicking him and ds just stood there taking it ... you've never seen a mummy leg it up that climbing frame so quick in all your life :D:D ... I firmly put the little !!!!!! in his place ;)
I did manage to write out a few xmas lists too so all in all quite a productive day ;):D We're having roast beef tonight, just waiting for it to hurry up and cook, then once ds is in bed its back to some AQA'ing ;)

Glad you had a good day benben, though I know what you mean about library fines, *really* annoying. And the internet is important too - I'm a single person living alone, and its really helpful. Tho its a bit crucial not to update too often, I'm letting myself do it all the time at the mo cos of my virus!

Well I've only done £3.00 AQA'ing tonight, I am tired and I keep skipping questions so I have stopped as my skip rate is getting worse :o
I'm having a lonely night tonight, don't know why really, some nights I just hate being alone :o so I thought I'd come back on here and do an update;)

I have got a box of Usborne books (kids books), I used to sell them and these are my samples. I need to go through them and see which I want to keep for ds and for presents and then email a friend of a friend who may be interested in buying the rest from me ;) ..... I also need to put the kettle on and make a cup of tea ;):D
