Just checked all the figures and the account is currently 105.00 overdrawn, with 3 days to go till payday  Tomorrow could be another fairly high spend day as we're going to a local country fair which costs about 15.00 to get in
plus whatever we spend there
I will come up with a plan for this lot tonightMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Thanks folks. I'm feeling much more positive and a lot less guilty today. Although, I did that much housework yesterday to take my mind off it and cleaned away all her things etc, that there's very little for me to actually do today. So I think I'm gonna do school prep. ha ha

I've just booked 3 mystery shops, all for fast food restaurants; two of them are local and dont pay a fee but it will mean a free treat out for me and ds
the third one is for when we go away and means I will get a meal and 15.50 on top :j :j considering the holiday was only costing me 6 quid, now I'm being paid nearly a tenner to go :rotfl: :rotfl:

My abel and cole order on quidcohas just tracked, so thats another tenner for the summer challenge  It costs me 10.95 for the box of stuff but this will come out ofaugusts food budgetMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Ah I looked at that on Quidco but they don't deliver to my area yet, shame!I really need to sort out a new signature!0

I must admit 10.95 for a few potatoes and apples seems extortionate to me  but then, if they're going to pay me a tenner for doing it then its okayMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Hi was just reading your very first posts and noticed we both have the same birthday so happy birthday to us for Friday:beer: the mad thing is I know im getting £10 as my nan is impossible at keeping secrets and I too was looking forward to a new haircut which I would probably do anyway as its payday. ha ha im so sad to get so excited about getting paid on my bd.
After a month or so of lurking I was thinking of keeping a diary it seems great to get focused and your mystery shopper idea sounds great just don't think I have your sort of commitment but I may try all the same.0 -
Welcome Kezflake and happy birthday for friday to you too !!

Thats a bummer, benben.... you seem so organised, how come that happened?
I've done the Abel & Cole thing too - I used to get an organic box delivered, had to stop it eventually - not enough choice then about the products. There was one precious day, tho, when I picked it up from its little hidey hole to bring it into the house, and a hedgehog was in there snaffling the tomatoes... the cats' eyes were on stalks, but they didn't dare touch it, of course. By the time I got the box outside again, a few minutes later, the hedgehog's mate was wandering around outside the front door, looking for her/him. It was brill.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
