Thats a good looking list you've got there, benben!
Actually, I was thinking about you after you'd described your little boy's birthday day... we should really call you "andme"! It just doesn't have quite the same ring to it, tho. I like benben.......2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Milly ... your day sounds lovely
I know what you mean about wanting the girls back, I never relax properly when ds is away, partly cos I don't trust ex to look after him properly
I'm so glad it's not just me thinking that! I know he loves the girls, but he seems to have forgotten how to be sensible with them! They're always up really late, go to the pub on Saturday nights the his new girlfriends family run. On Sat evening Emily sent me a text to say she told Dad she was tired-he said have some more coke!! Grrrrrr I was soooo cross!Poor thing, she's 9, and we'd had a bit of a late night the night before as it was Georgia's leaver's school disco (she's Yr6). Poor thing must have been tired to actually admit it!Then last night Georgia texted at 11.45pm, as she was off to bed! Bearing in mind they were all off to Longleat today, i'd have made sure they had an early night so they weren't tired for that!!!
Anyway, enough of me moaning on.....I've had a lovely day at the spa, in the outdoor pool that was so hot, like a bath. Then a very nice lunch in the garden. And now have my girlies home! Going to have a day at home tomorrow, catch up on some bits and try get my notebooks organised and record every penny that I send! ANd work out what I could pay off extra on my lloyds loan.
Bye for now,:rolleyes:I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
It must be a mummy thing to actually be aware children might be tired and need to go to bed early    glad its not just me
Pleased to hear you had a good day at the spa, sounds lovely !!
Tomorrow we're going to the ouse of someone my nan knows and he has one of those ride-on trains in his garden :eek:Ds will be beside himself :rotfl:
I've done another 1.20 on aqa tonight, must remember to post the new ebay parcel tomorrow tooOther than the train thing I am planning on an indoor day catching up with housework and filling in ds scrapbook

Lol...my little girl (or rather OH's little girl - a hamster) has fallen asleep in the trousers he took off when he changed into his shorts. She just ran into them and now won't come back out...ha ha.
My poor little rattie lost her fight today though. Had to get her put down sadly.
Must admit though, I'd be a bit impressed with a ride on train too! Hope you all have good catch up and relax days.
