Hmmm Ciao surveys do my head in. I rarely ever qualify for them tho they send me loads and take ages! I'm only doing them at weekends now! Oh well I did manage to get a bottle of free laundry detergent via them to test so I'm not quite giving up yet! :rotfl:
    Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

    Hi BenBen,

I enjoy reading your diary as I am also trying to overpay on our mortgage...

Do you have to give personal details when you do these surveys such as address, telephone number etc.?

    Many thanks

FF ... I never give out personal info like that during a survey. You do have to give them when you sign up (so they know where to send your pennies to ;) ), but no, during a survey they don't ask for personal details and if they did I might accidentally press the wrong button and put it wrongly ;):D

I'm currently testing an toothbrush and toothpaste for a well known company but can't remember if it's a survey I signed up for or as a comp runner up thing! I think it was probably from a comp though.

I signed up for some survey websites off here the other day, but thus far am getting NOWT through (I don't have a spam filter either). Any ideas?

The surveys tend to be quite sporadic ... you'll get loads then nothing for a few days, just keep plugging away at them, they are ultra-boring after a while but when you see them adding up it is worth it ;):D

I've just grabbed 2 cinema ones this weekend, £10 each so that will cover my £10 January challenge for the weekend  Not much else happened today, I spent £2.60 on lunch and £1.88 on bread and milk on the way home. I need to find a way to make something towards my £10 challenge today though as it has stumbled a bit over the last few days :o:o

I did a really weird one yesterday on onepoll - it was only 2/3 questions for 10p and all about the size of a certain part of mens anatomy...which mans name has the biggest... weird! bit of a change from ciao!

Hello all, another fairly cheap day today, I took packed lunch to work so only spent £3.48 on milk, bread and bits after work and then £10 for ds hot lunches (wednesdays and fridays), I forgot my cheque book so will pay for the rest of the month tomorrow :o

I have earned 80p on pigsback today, can't see where the rest of my £10 January challenge is coming from again today :o:o I am hoping that if I keep having cheapy days like this then I may have a bit left over at the end of the month which would be great :D

I phoned up and got my mortgage balance earlier today as the overpayment I made the other day has now cleared ... my new mortgage balance is now £55,892 :j :j I'm soooo chuffed with this as it was £60k at the end of June last year so in 6 months it has dropped by over £4,000  Off to try and hunt down some more pennies ....
