NOT brill if you have a phone locked to Huntchinson 3

I bought an unlock code via Paypal for £9.99 on the 7th of June. Got an email the same day saying code should take up to 12 hours. Got an email the next day (8th) saying:

Unfortunately the unlock code for your handset is not contained in the
Motorola database. This could be for a number of reasons:

* Your handset was purchased in the past few days
* Your handset is currently locked to Cingular
* Your handset is currently locked to Hutchinson's 3
* Your handset was manufactured before 2001

.... Your existing payment is being refunded, please place a new order if
you still wish to unlock your handset using a different method.

My phone is locked to Hutchinson's 3

I emailed them on the 11th requesting a refund

I emailed to ALL (3) the contact email addresses they have listed on their site on the 22nd and rang them twice on the 23rd and left voice messages.

I have had no response to either emails or phone calls and have now mailed them to say that I have reported them to Paypal.

Steer clear!

I resolved my phone useage by buying a 3 Pay and Go sim card on ebay for 99p! Currently 3 are offering 5p for each call you receive and 2p for each text you receive. Not a bad deal really - once I get my tenner back
