I'm excited for another WaS adventure!
Hello Birdie! We can make you a little nest inside the walnut whip if you like, but you'll have to poke your head out of the top, eyes agog! :rotfl:
There's another book for you to write, WaS, "The Intrepid Adventures of WaS!"Hi, WaS hope you enjoy your day!

I feel awful.
I had just got over a cold which ruined Christmas and New Year, developed labyrinthitis and then caught another cold.
I'm still snotty and I'm starting to feel dizzy again.
I'm just so annoyed that my body seems to be letting me down.
It seems to be part of the cycle now - get cold, suffer due to asthma, start to recover, get labyrinthitis.
I was on a mission to go to the gym once a day for at least half an hour and I haven't darkened the gym's doorstep since late November.
I've lost the progress I had made up until then and I can feel my bum getting bigger every day.
I weighed my self today and I've put on a kilo since November.
I'm not safe on equipment as I start reeling if I move too quickly.
I'm bored and frustrated.
I've booked a ticket to a concert on Saturday and I'm determined to go even though this dizziness is going to take the shine right off it.
I hate work, but there are no jobs out there that affords me this amount of spare time. However, this winter, I have trouble making use of it.
I really, really need to find another job. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
Gingernutty, sorry about your work making you feel bad. There's nothing worse than dreading going in every morning.
Keep looking, you never know what might turn up.(I just lurve spiders!)

Feel like banging my head against a brick wall
It's clear to me and my friends who've been worried about me that my mood is up (and I seem to be hitting.most of the hypo manic symptoms) yet GP wouldn't increase my mood stabiliser. She asked me how I felt and I said tbh I'm scared I will do something stupid (on impulse, nothing bad bad but I said about increased libido/wanting to get drunk/buying scratch cards) because I feel I can do anything right now and am not thinking of the consequences.
Got a follow up appointment in a week but for now will just have to deal with the racing thoughts and impulsiveness. that said she did say if I'm still feeling this way next week she's goig to consider re-referring ME to CMHTThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. MessedUp,
All I can think to say, is a big, fat NO! to anything impulsive.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
Would some of the relaxation music sites help at all, even if only to keep a lid on things? In the meantime, leave your credit/debit cards at home, take minimal cash out with you, lots of exercise, even if only dancing around the house, and, dare I say it.....( don't beat me please!), less Pepsi Max? Gingernutty, do you take any kind of regular vitamin supplements? DD is now on vitamins and iron and that seems to be helping her a lot.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them.
