Not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm looking for good suggestions of restaurants in nottingham.

Something thats a bit posher than the standard.

World service is very nice - but quite small portions and pricey. It depends who is paying - I wasn't so I had a lovely time there!

can you tell us what you consider as "standard"?
Seriously, I don't know whether you are looking for posher than McDonalds, posher than Nandos or posher than posh!

Does it have to be city centre? (eg Sat Bains's posh place is at Lenton)
What sort of cuisine are you wanting? (eg MemSaab on Maid Marian Way is meant to be very good for Indian!)
