Pizza is just bread with a topping. Shop bought versions tend to be high in salt and sugar. Homemade versions can be healthy. They are a good way to get children involved in the kitchen and eating veg.0

when my children were small we used to make our own using pitta breads for the base, a spread of puree then they could choose toppings from chopped up bits in little chinese bowls. (left overs not wasted, either served as sides or used in something else).
i repeated it last year with a friend (very much an adult) using lidl Marguerites for bases. just as much funMrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025

It was Sunday so it would have been a tenner and in the evening so we did not want to bother spending £3 more for a paper that we weren't going to read! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
Anyone watching?I'm growling already:mad:"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

Within 10 minutes the couple this week had annoyed me especially the woman. 20 minutes in and I feel like slapping her. Buys pieces of melon and pineapple! Doesn't like the look of food once it has been frozen! Throws away a pie because it is past the sell by date even though she has only just got it out the freezer!!!! She comes across as so stupid
I was shouting at the tv when the little girl was picking all the food out. Felt a bit guilty when it was revealed she is ill, but no sorry illness or not you don't let a small child decide what you are buying. The world is over 4 billion years old and yet you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie0 -
If he calls her 'Darlin' one more time in going to scream!
Don't even get me started on the kid picking everything then chucking it in the trolley... I'll bet she has never heard the word NO!0 -
The Mum seems a bit away with the fairies.So. Sad about the little kid though, but no excuse to buy so much crap:("You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

I didn't catch what illness the little girl has, but I think they've explained quite well why she was allowed to choose what she fancied eating during a particular period of her illness (changes to her taste buds). They've also acknowledged that they need to change back to more reasonable eating habits now that she's getting better.Mortgage when started: £330,995
