Weird connection problem with EE

Hi
I have been having problems connecting to Skypoker.com and then only during 19:30 - 23:00 then everything goes back to normal which still isn't great cause, there is always a lag when I have 4-5 tables open. I spoke with Sky last night and during my blackout period the support guy was able to long into my account, so I can understand when they say the problem isn't with them but with EE.
So right now EE is supposed to be running some tests over the next 24-48 hrs. If they come back to me and say there's nothing they can do, what is my position in terms of compensation for loss of earnings and being able to get them to rip up my contract so I can go with an ISP that can provide me with a full service.
Thanks
Lee

Loss of earnings? I'd say zero chance of anything unless you are on a business contract with EE which allows for this.
Are you fibre or standard ADSL?0 -
I am on ADSL0

I am on ADSL
Thats the connection not the package .
Loss of earnings as said nil its not a business service .
Contract you can ask for it to be mutually cancelled but they will probably say no but you can pay it to the end .
As its a gambling site i just wonder if some form of block is active .0
