Utility warehouse mis selling

I would love to hear from anyone who like me has been mis sold gas / electric by Utility Warehouse, ie quoted low monthly bills only to find that this is inaccurate. I would also like to hear from anyone who has found the Ombudsman services to be a waste of time.
