The court hearing took yesterday afternoon... claim against me was dropped before hand.

I didn't attend but was told by defendant one that judge throw the claim out about the guarantor.

Claimant against failed to send documents to defendant one. Judge offered to postpone the hearing but defendant one says its fine to continue. The judge says defendant one owes the money £1800. Judge made judgment for £10 a month to be paid back. When defendant one starts work that can be increased up to £50 a month.

The claimant wanted cost awarded to them including seeking advice from solicitor judge refused saying the defendant one can't pay also that defendant one agreed to continue the case today. Judge said this is a small court where cost are kept down so costs for seeking advice from solicitor can't be awarded.

Sue the people that sued you for harassment and expenses of bringing a false claim.
Should be quite an easy win.

I thought about it. What amount to sue. I am not sure how much for expense, i.e time communicating with claimant. writing the defence. Contacting information commission officer.. and so on
