Risking getiting my head bit off again

Probably not since you've posted something constructive this time instead of "just be grateful".
if you read my post you see that in my mind my dmp ended in 2009 after I won 2 complainets about interest rates hike and ppi mbna and sainsbury ,barclays returned both a loan account and barclaycard to normal with no Ar markers with me makeing full payments and interest ,until they settled in 2011 mbna refused and the ombudsman s said I agreed a 14 year repayment plan and it has to stand and they have right to report for the full 14 plus 6 years
Did you actually agree a 14 year repayment plan? Mine said it would be reviewed after 6 months and sure enough after 6 months they wrote to me saying it was coming to an end and they had renewed it for me. At one point I was paying £50 and they wrote to me saying they had renewed it at £10 a month (!)

I might be wrong but I thought AR markers dropped off after 3 years assuming the account is open? I thought they only stuck around for 6 years if the account was closed before the 3 years passed. The issue with BC being (as far as I knew at the time, once they started an arrangement, they didn't end it til the account closed).

Interestingly I've had 3 missed calls and 2 voicemails from Barclaycard this evening. It makes me think they want me to accept their "resolution" quickly before I have a chance to think about it. Also, when I wrote to them originally, I didn't ask for ANY money, all I asked for was my credit report to be corrected, it was them that brought money into the equation, not me. Makes me think they know they've done wrong and they want to try and make me go away by just throwing a little cash at me.

My plan at the moment is to do a credit check in February and make sure the account is gone from my credit record (as this is by far the most important part for me) and then once that is gone, I will start to "negotiate" with them on their "guesture of goodwill".
    Defaultless as of 12th Sept 2012 :)
Listen here default Dave why don't you take your bullsh*t and stick it up your defaulted ar*e and then stick your defaulted credit report and stick it in your defaulted gob.

I did not agree to 14 years foolishly I sign up for a company that was going to write off 75 per cent of the debt and be clear in 5 years after paying them a 1thousand pound they came back and said I was refused it the best I could do was 14 year plan to clear my debts ,about 18 months money kept going missing took over my self had some advice from consummer direct took some to fos over trebleing interest rates and ppi ended dmp kept payments on defaulted account all sold on took part settlements except sainsbury ,barclays 2 accounts and another returned to normal payments and settled in full but mbna would not budge first put new defaults then removed them and after 2 years complant to f o s ended in ruling can be displayed for 14 plus six bit up setting as it will be paid back in 8 so they get 12 years for the hell of it . as a side note paided them 700 At chritmass still marked statement fail to make minimum payment where as when barclays got 30 pound instead of 350 they still marked it up to date on arrangement to pay they treated me much better then any one else did good luck

So I've had communication with Barclaycard following my rejection of their £75 goodwill guesture. They have now said that they have upheld my complaint but the maximum they can offer me is £300 which they will send out in a cheque. He said if I can send them evidence of the financial loss I've suffered then they will revisit the complaint. They are sending out a cheque for £300 but I fully intend to put as much evidence together and send it to them. At this point I'm still dealing with Barclaycard directly rather than going to FOS which in my view is a last resort but at this stage BC seem to be acting quite reasonably.
