Phone2Pound Scam?

Hello,

I have sent my iPhone 5 off to Phone2Pounds as there had the best trade in deal and the website looks like a big company.

I have received an email from them saying due to a "scratch" there have taken off £31 off from the original value. I was not happy and after many no response emails I soon accepted over the phone earlier this week after 3 weeks trying to speak to someone, but I have not received my money and they are not responding to my emails or picking up the phone.

Have I been Scammed? what can I do?

NEVER use these types of websites.
You'd get more money selling on eBay, even with the fees.
Even more money selling on a local Facebook page.

If you sent off the phone, without registered delivery, it'll be difficult to do anything.

Alternatively, don't post in two threads...
