I would sell on the last day of month and tell the new owner to tax it from the start of the next month.If there is a problem tell DVLA that I delivered the car to the new owner at 11.59 pm and 59 seconds on the last day of month.Nobody could prove otherwise.0

Tbh I wouldn't be bothered with all the hassle, now you can pay by direct debit you will lose £15-£20 depending on the vehicle if you sell it in the middle of the month.0
