Hi
My partner and I moved homes in September.
We applied to be added to the electoral register, which was confirmed in October.
However, this information is still not showing on my credit file.
Is this normal? How long should an update normally take?
Many thanks

Yes perfectly normal. Updates to the CRA's can take anywhere up to 3 months+ depending on when the last canvas was.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly, and I can move and merge threads there. Any views are mine and not the official line of moneysavingexpert.com0
