What you actually wrote was;

Nobody actually wants Barbados currency, and I am fairly confident that the ATMs dish out Barbados dollars.

Since the OP is going to Barbados, your post was utterly misleading.
Who cares if you are going for only one day. That is your issue. The thread is to advise the OP on the best way to follow. No need for your hijack attempt.
