RP1 form question

Hello,
My company went into administration a week after I had served my notice and left the company.
I was therefore not made redundant, but the insolvency practitioner decided to pay everyone who was still there in full, except me who had left, and asked me to fill in the RP1 form instead.
Since then the insolvency practitioner (KPMG) have stopped responding to all emails and I have a few questions.
For example, the question in the RP1 form says "Did you get a new job since you've been made redundant".
I have a new job but I wasn't made redundant so I am not sure whether it matters for me to fill that in. Even worse, having a new job will hinder me from getting compensation? Why do they even ask that?
Any help is appreciated.

I don't see why they told you to fill in the form? you left of your own will before you got made redundant?
I don't believe you can claim for anything? I would ring acas for advice.0 -
as you had already left, you shouldn't need to complete the form. Do you have any outstanding information which *you* need from the company? (e.g. P45,)?
If not, I would simply write back to them (paper and ink) stating that you have not completed the form as you were not made redundant, you left the company on [date] and are not making any claims in connection with the insolvency.
It may be sensible to check with HMRC that the company did pay your Tax and Ni up to the date you left, first, and then if there is anythign which the liquidators nee to do to allow that to be credited, you can ask them to take whatever steps are needed at the same time as you explain that you are not claiming redundancy. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
