Three not declaring?

Hi all,
I started a new mobile phone contract in October 2014 and Three are still not declaring it with any of the credit agencies and I wondered if this was normal? I've made all payments on time and I'm in the process of looking at a mortgage but due to them not declaring my Equifax file is proving to be a huge barrier as my bank (TSB) don't declare to them.
Is there any reason they wouldn't be sharing the data?

Share what? If you are making your payments on time then there's nothing to report.0

Well that's exactly my point, they aren't sharing that I'm making the payments in time, therefore there is no positive information going through my file, it's just empty.0

Three report on my Equifax and Experian reports as Hutchinson 3g UK Ltd. I don't see them on Callcredit/Noddle though.0 -
So they should be appearing, as they currently don't appear on either Equifax or Experian. My experian report is excellent as it has my bank account, current loan and credit card all going through without issue but as TSB don't use Equifax, there's nothing there so I was hoping my Three account would appear so it at least looks like there's something going on!0

Thanks for the heads up. I guess Monster Telecom looks more attractive.0

Hi they show on my free noddle account, maybe they are just slow0

Three report to all 3 agencies on my files.
You could write to them to request that they start reporting to the agencies.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. Both Three and TSB show on my Noddle report0

Three and TSB also show on Experian/Equifax/Noddle for me.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

So your TSB accounts appear on Equifax? What kind of account is it?0
