Depends on your exchange - which is it?

Seems to be enabled for 21CN and Fibre. Which one were you going with?

    Who are you currently with?

I'm with Plusnet on a package of up to 39 unlimited fibre (consistently tests out 37.5 or so down and 7 up), evenings and weekends phone, Plusnet Protect AV included. Just negotiated a reasonable price to renew my contract.

Been with them for five years or so, any technical or billing issues (have only ever been a few mild ones) have been sorted quickly with UK based customer service on their 0800 number. Phone usually answered fairly promptly although waiting times have increased a bit of late.

Fibre at the Exchange doesn't necessarily mean that it is already enabled in your cabinet. The Plusnet CS gave me this link to check my status a while ago

    No you're correct.

However I was assuming the OP would have checked if it was available ofr him/her via PlusNet.

Mind you using that checker says I should only be getting 2-3mb when I'm getting over 6mb.
