Email has been sent, included the NTK, proof of postage, appeal that was sent and the final reminder I received today as attachments.

Just received this response by email!

Dear Ms Dellow,

BPA – 07031.

I have investigated your complaint with the operator and can advise as follows.

The parking charge notice was issued at Metrocentre on the 18th December 2014. The parking charge notice was issued for parking in a no staff parking area.

An appeal was received online on the 28th January 2015 however, unfortunately there was no appeal attached. A postal appeal was received on the 30th January and a response was sent to ask for a copy of the original web appeal. Unfortunately they have not received a response.

I confirmed the postal appeal was the same appeal as submitted online and therefore the operator has confirmed the parking charge notice has been cancelled. A letter of confirmation will be sent out to you from UK Parking Control.

In view of this, I have closed the investigation.

Well done you! So, because you sent an online appeal, which they say they didn't get, but they got the exact same version via snail mail, but refused to recognise that because they didn't have the online one?

You couldn't make some of this stuff up. For sure, without the BPA intervention you'd be banging your head against a brick wall with the UKPC numpties. They just want your dosh, whatever it takes!
