Hi hope somebody in the know can help me, just received a parking ticket (parking charge notice) at a car park in the town centre. I will post a picture of the ticket received, it was at 8:30 pm and I had not seen any signage as it was very dark - all seems a little under hand to me?? 😕
I will also get a picture of the signage in a day or two to see exactly what it says and if somebody can advise me further etc. The company are called "northwest parking enforcement ltd"
The car was left parked for 45 mins, I can provide more info if needed.
Thanks again and any help and advice would be great.
Mike

All the information you need is in the Sticky thread for NEWBIES at the top of the page.
The imortant things are, wait for the NTK, do not pay, do not ignore, do not reveal who was driving.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Hi, thanks for your reply - sorry what do you mean "NTK" and "do not ignore" by that do you mean I should appeal ?
Should I post pics of my ticket and the signage for you to have a look at ?
Will have a look at the newbies thread
Thanks again

All the acronyms are explained in the NEWBIES thread. Do not ignore the PCN, appeal when you get the NTK. Some parking companies will take you to court if you ignore these fake unenforceable speculative invoices, but they are dead easy to kill off at the appeals stage.
Pics are useful here. Upload them to a photo web hosting site such as tinypic or photobucket then post the URL on this thread, but change http to hxxp as Newbies can't post links. Someone here will then convert it to make the link active.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
will get the pic of the ticket on0

Signage at the gate entrance, which even though the shop was closed the main gate into the car park was open - should this have been closed if you are not allowed to park there?, it also mentions nothing on the sinage about the stores (struts) opening / closing times?
Thanks
