EE not recognising the first 6 months of an Orange contract

    OH has an Orange contract which he took out in January 2013 and it renewed with EE earlier this month. They have confirmed this. He never had any letter changing dates on contract when EE took over, contract dates stayed the same.

    Contracts don't "renew". They are either "upgraded" (new contract) or continue past the minimum term (usually 24 months) until notcie is given to cancel or a PAC is requested and used. If it transferred to a differnt provider the terms of the original contract always still apply. If needed make a formal complaint and then go to CISAS if they don't sort it out in 8 weeks (or refuse to with a letter of deadlock).
