Has virgin media stopped accepting service changes and cancelations using its contact form (the one with the password).
Has anyone successfully cancelled or changed service using the forms recently (which require you to quote a 'password')?

i've had services changed recently without problems via live chat. I canceled sky sports at the beginning of the month0 -
