Hi All,
Some of kids from the local comprehensive near to the newsagents, which I used to attend, buy loads of 10p Freddo, Chomp bars etc and other cheap sweets each day, and sell them in school for a minimum of double the existing price!!!
I pity the children who buy them from them, as they are even price marked sweets, clearly showing 10p - Its not as if the school is in the middle of nowhere either, its very close to a set of shops!
Cheers

:rotfl: @ buses7675 - just goes to show you, Steve, they have more money than sense!! Still, maybe they don't mind if the "buyers" are using up all their shoe leather so they can sell them on; got to cover their expenses

My youngest son complained that the satumas in his lunch box were more pips than satsumas. I said to him rather than moaning to me he would be better moaning to Tesco. So he wrote to Tesco, very polite letter and they wrote back and sent him £3 in Tesco vouchers. He swapped them for coins with me so now has £3 to add to his "going to France money"!

lol
whata great story. Tesco's better watch out, as I think you have created a rather savvy consumer there!
Queenie, what a fab recipe. It never occurred to me to freeze a mixture like this. I am going to try and make these this evening as they sound simple enough for even me to make!
thanks
