Hahah, Cameron is fuming, Merkel looks like she's sucking on an even more sour lemon than usual and Obama is lost for words. How dare the people of a democratic country use the democratic system to vote for a government that represents them rather than a cabal of heartless corporations?!
They hate it. Go Greece!0 -

I wouldn't get yourself too excited.
Change will come, but not "that" quickly.'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -

They have united and given an absolutely rollicking kick right to the dangly-sacks of the neo-liberal establishment. They have turned their backs on the politics of debt, on bankers and their vile greed, and on venal self serving politicians.
This will freeze the blood of the debt mongers and those who want to crush and oppress an entire nation because of the imaginary human construct of money.
Change is coming and the Greeks are leading the way! Here in the UK renters are uniting against BTL landlords and the politicians who service them, and the Green Party are approaching May like a torpedo.

Indeed, Greek bureaucrats, on the other hands, are all working on a voluntary basis, as is our dear government.0 -

The Greeks have an election, Syriza gets 36.3% of the vote on a 63.9% turnout, and wins 149 seats out of 300.
We have an election, the Conservative Party gets 36.1% of the vote on a 65.1% turnout, and wins 305 seats out of 650.
And some people think our FTP system is undemocratic?...well, at least the Greens want to leave the EU asap
Presumably the Greek Greens?
I know that our Greens have learned to accept the EU now that they are in receipt of a few MEPs salaries.0 -

the greens are in favour of 'reform' of the EU : a totally unrealistic agenda which amounts to leaving.0 -

Over 10,000 EU officials earn more than £142,000 a year including allowances. Gravy train I would say with my Greek hat on. Where's the austerity in Brussels?0 -

$5,000,000,000 billion is probably more money than exists in the world.
Could at least do with a x10^ in there somewhere.0
