Also hugs to all those flyladies and families having a tough time at the moment.
I didn't get on yesterday as was very busy, cooking Sunday lunch, and planning lessons for this week. On Friday I heard that my co-teacher was going to be out this week, so I needed to do more planning than I thought. Work went fine today, but am now tired. I'm in all day tomorrow, but only have three classes - or two and a third, as lots out on trip. I think the remaining ten can do something funIt is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Today's frog was going back to the gym after having been I'll all last week and not going. Boy was it hard work! I weighed myself last night at work. My goal weight is 9st 2 and a comfortable size 10. On the 29th December, I was 10st 7:eek: and last night, I was 10st 10!!!!!!!! Oh boy!
. So I have invested in a fitbit one this evening. I like the fact that it can be worn attached to my bra or in my pocket. Now I just need to sew my mouth shut
.
I have sprayed the mould in the bathroom and will attack it tomorrow. Budget tonight.

It was Inset here today so we had dentist appointments at 9am. I'm back again next monday to find out the results of the xrays they took today. Hopefully I'll be able to enjoy ice-cream and cold drinks by the summer if she can find out why my teeth are so sensitive on one side when everything looks okay. Then we went to Mr A, but the stuff I went for was out of stockI'll have to go back again tomorrow when I've checked I have the money since I have bills due on the 1st & 5th! Came home and then went back out to town for some shopping for DD with her Christmas money. We walked there and back so I've hit 30 miles walked this month so far
I have a massive to do list this week, and my busiest work week as well so I'm probably going to be lurking via my phone instead of posting. But I'll pop in when I can. :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Nicki sensodyne pronamel toothpaste green lid is brilliant for sensitive teeth.
Just doing the list and then off to bed; Mum's rescheduled op is tomorrow so anybody who can cross their fingers would be most appreciated. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Taken hubby doctors today for his vertigo, basically said he's on strongest tablets available, so nothing more they can do, but when he feels well enough to do his ear exercises, they did the trick last time, just catch 22, he needs to be better to be able to do them!! Day 9 of this stint, so he is getting slightly irritated, but just told him to just enjoy spending extra time with me
Work can wait!
Did well on jobs today, which was then followed by dance for 2 hrs, so popped into town and treated myself to new handbag £8, and couple of tops, £6 and £2.50, from Prim&rk

Blergh, had a migraine all day today and could do nothing but sleep on the sofa from 11 am to 6 pm. I still don't feel anything like 100%, but made a big effort to get to the Old Wives' group this evening - only 9 of us there. We each took a CD of a favourite piece of music, so it was very relaxing and enjoyable with a wide variety of pieces to listen to. My head is still muzzy so I shall be going to bed very soon. I'll give SW a miss tomorrow morning and try to catch up with today's list while DH is out.
Fingers crossed for Dusty's mum for tomorrow and for CY's DDF.
Glad you're happy with your new fireplace, CY.
Get well vibes to rubies' DH.
A friend in Germany emailed this morning and told me that his wife gave birth to their first, long-awaited baby yesterday, more than 3 months prematurely. Posivibes and prayers for little Anna and all the family would be greatly appreciated.0
