Am thinking of Plusnet as my new ISP, could any other users let me know in general if their fibre optic broadband signal will reach all the areas of my small flat?I'm With EE at present and dont have a problem but I did read that some folks experience this sort of thing.

Should do but by the signal i assume you mean WiFi . It is subject to items beyond the ISPs control like walls etc .
As you have a network connection already i see no reason why Plusnets router / WiFi will not be much the same .0 -
