Email address

Does anybody know of an email address for customer care of T Mobile/EE? I have tried to submit an online complaint but it is too big lol! - First time I've ever been told that:rotfl:

I have tried the website and although it says you can email a complaint, there is no email address!!

I guess one way of making sure you don't get high volumes of complaints.

EE Exec office is 0800 079 0232 Office opening hours are between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday or 08:00 and 18:00 on Saturday.

but i think you have try their CS first

Try using [EMAIL="TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM[/EMAIL] and then check it doesn't bounce after sending

I have just sent off a detailed complaint using this email address and kept a copy, so will wait to see and hope it doesn't bounce.

If the OP wants to email T-Mobile CS why is that a better email ?
If you keep giving out the cut and paste contact details to the EO every time someone has a problem, however minor, with Orange, T-Mobile and EE the office is going to be overwhelmed and pull the plug on it
