Seconded. And if all they are doing is a Section 75 claim against the credit card issuer, then why not do that yourself and save 25%?No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I've just received a letter but no mention of credit cards0

Hi all
Just received the same letter from Stenfield & Co International regarding Energy Clever (Sheffield area) who fitted a solar thermal system several years ago now. Will give it a miss based on what I've read here.0 -
1 st post. Prompted by receiving a letter this am from same company regarding Solar Energy Suppliers Ltd. No mention of how system was paid for eg. Credit or Debit Card. Thanks to posts in this forum I've spent a fair bit of time researching ... Interesting but not convinced enough to proceed.0

I received another letter today starting "Dear Sir/Madam", which isn't a very professional start.
Now, if Thermal Coatings are in liquidation, surely that means they have no money - so where is the refund money coming from? Here's a quote from the letter; "..notwithstanding the fact any claim you might have may become time barred as a matter of law".
My plan is to go to Citizens Advice to see what they have to say.Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!0
